Instant Brown Sugar Boba Pearls

Rather disappointed in these. I should have read the ingredient list prior to purchase. I assumed, wrongly, that they would be normal instant boba pearls since they are made with sugar. Nope. They are low calorie (sort of) sugar free made with sorbitol which I cant stomach, it makes me sick, so I was sad and disappointed that they were the "low calorie/diet" version of real instant boba pearls. Bummer. I opened and tried one before I realized they had sorbitol in them and wondered why they tasted so fake and the texture was so unlike normal boba, well because I wasn't savvy enough to read the ingredients list first. Dang.

The instant boba is just amazing! I was expecting having to boil or microwave the bag to make it work but nope! All just ready to go. They are very calorie and sugar intensive, but often I just rinse or use them as my sweetener in a non protien milk tea or coffee. Such a cool find and idea!

I really didn’t want to like these because they got rid of the pearls you cook yourself. But dammit they’re actually good, and so much less hassle. I just wish they were more spherical and slightly firmer texture, but really, I enjoy them
