Shipping policy
Carriers
Orders are shipped with the carrier that offers the best rates for the size and shipping location of the package. We most often ship with Canpar and Canada Post.
Shipping Rates
Orders are estimated to be delivered within the following timeframes. Pre-orders have an estimated waiting period noted on the product pages and order confirmation email.
Ontario/Quebec: 1-3 Business Days, $9.99
Maritimes/SK/MB: 2-4 Business Days, $14.99
Alberta: 3-5 Business Days, $12.99
BC: 5-7 Business Days, $14.99
Rest of Canada: 2-8 Business Days, $14.99
Free Shipping at $149+, based on the subtotal of your order. The subtotal is calculated after discounts, and before taxes/shipping.
Update Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, you can do so by going to your Order Confirmation email and clicking the button that says "View your order". On that page, you will see another button that says "Update Address".
If your country location is changing, please contact us at hellocanada@bobateaprotein.com to see if we can ship to that location. Additional shipping and customs fees may apply.
Delivery Issues
First, confirm your shipping address did not have any typos or missing information by going to your shipping notification email and clicking the link to "View your order".
If there is an error in your shipping address, you will need to contact the carrier to request a package redirect to the correct address.
Carrier Hasn't Received Package
"We didn’t find an item associated with this number." or "No results available yet."
Generally, Canpar and Canada Post don't scan in a package until it reaches a major processing hub in the destination province. This means you will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is sent out, but it may take up to 7 business days before the carrier scans in your package and you see an update on the tracking history. We're making inquiries to see if we can get this process improved.
If 7 business days have passed since receiving your shipping notification email, and the tracking history for your package still says the carrier doesn't have information for your package, please contact hellocanada@bobateaprotein.com.
Tracking Hasn't Updated
Package Marked Delivered, But Not Received
The faster you follow these steps, the better the chances are of you recovering your package quickly.
First, confirm your shipping address did not have any typos or missing information by going to your shipping notification email and clicking the link to "View your order".
If your shipping address is incorrect, the fastest way to retrieve your package may be to travel to that address and pick up the package. If you are not near that address, you can try contacting them to see if they can help get it to you, or wait for them to send the package back to us as “Return to Sender”.
If there are no errors in your shipping address, please follow the steps below to try and recover your package:
- Check to see if the package was dropped off at any of your neighbors' places or places with similar addresses.
- If you live in a residence that has an office that receives packages for you, you might also try checking (and double checking) with them to make sure they haven't received anything.
- If your residence has a parcel locker, check for a key in your mailbox.
- Occasionally carriers will mistakenly mark an order as delivered before they've actually delivered it. Contact the carrier's customer support and let them know your order was marked as delivered but you didn't receive it.
- Submit a missing package claim with the carrier.
