Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Orders shipped to locations outside of the United States (including US Territories) cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original product packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and we will provide the shipping label. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns must be shipped out within 30 days of receiving the return shipping label.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for return. We may be able to help you with your order instead of returning it!
We do not do exchanges. If you want a different product, please return your unused product(s) for a refund under the same conditions listed above and place a new order.
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, then your refund will be processed. You will receive an email when the refund is processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days.

Refunds for International Orders
Due to daily changing exchange rates, we cannot offer refunds for orders placed in currencies other than USD. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we can issue store credit.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds should be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving a refund confirmation email.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your transactions again.
Then contact your credit card company/bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
